Fred Ash provides concept to completion of development oversight for investment and development projects. He oversees the due diligence, design, budgeting, financing, construction, leasing & eventual disposition of each project.
Fred began his career in commercial real estate in 1980 and provided extensive leasing for several developers in the most difficult times during the oil bust of the 80’s and learned many valuable lessons on creative marketing.
During the 90’s he began tenant representation and property acquisitions for clients that believed in Houston’s recover. His talents were utilized by a Medical Management Group for handling all of their medical real estate requirements. During the mid-2000’s he began Retail Leasing and Development Services for several Retail Centers from Land acquisition to leasing and management services. Mixed in were many owner-occupied properties and value add properties.
Investment brokerage services for Single Tenant leaseback properties in several states. This vast knowledge and experience have benefited many clients in creating value and wealth in commercial real estate.

Wesley Clayborn is a first-generation entrepreneur with a knack for connecting the right players and building relationships. It is by finding the synergy in relationships that he has been successful in virtually all of his business ventures. By putting his client’s needs first, he’s continually able to deliver creative solutions for a diverse client base.
At Commercial Realty Company (CRC) Wesley focuses on acquisitions and dispositions of investment properties, property management, leasing, and development. Prior to joining CRC, he was an investment sales agent at Marcus and Millichap where he specialized in office medical and Net Lease properties across the Nation. While with Marcus, he handled multi-million-dollar transactions, and built a database of over 2000 unique properties.
Wesley studied Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Illinois where he graduated with Honors. After graduating, he worked as a commercial energy auditor for the State of Illinois and helped secure over $2M in incentives for his clients in an 18month period from the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity.
In 2013 he started his own real estate investment company where he focused on buying, renovating and leasing homes. He later moved to Houston in 2016 and established Trim Tab Properties (TTP) in 2017. He grew the company from residential home flipping to multi-million-dollar remodels in Memorial, River Oaks, and other prestigious Houston neighborhoods. Today, TTP is a preferred contractor for a commercial property management group with over 45 properties across Texas valued in excess of $250M.
Since 1976, David has been performing Construction Project Management on Commercial and Residential projects throughout Texas, Hawaii, and the Pacific Northwest.
In 2013, he formed D-Ash Construction Management LLC to provide Construction Management Services to Financial Institutions, Developers, and Private Business owners during their Real Estate development ventures.
The company is growing by targeting new clients who need additional support or don’t have the proper construction management resources in house to assist them in getting their project completed on time, in budget and to the expected quality levels desired.
